2021年12月23日晚,迦达花园携手槟客文化共同带来了一场精彩纷呈的年终答谢晚宴。典雅现代的餐厅里宾朋满座,目不暇接的美食美酒交相辉映。这是一次意大利精致美食与法国香槟珍酿的对话,更是一次名人老饕、至交好友的年终聚首,共同迎接新年的到来。

On the evening of 23 December 2021, GIADA Garden and Sparkling Plus jointly held a year-end celebration, creating a wonderful dialogue between Italian cuisine and French champagne that was enjoyed by friends of the two brands.

由“欧洲极简主义建筑之父”设计的迦达花园简约高雅,在当晚被特别装点出恰到好处的节日氛围。圣诞树下堆满精致的礼盒、小巧的花球带出些许活泼的氛围,更有松树与松果的桌饰,让这个节日多了几分优雅清丽。

Designed by the “father of European minimalist architecture,” GIADA Garden’s simple, elegant dining room is the perfect place for a celebration. In celebration of the festive season, the room was also decorated with a colorful Christmas tree stacked with presents underneath.

答谢晚宴在迦达花园的大包间内举行,来自京城众多领域的贵宾齐聚一堂。餐厅主厨Marino D’Antonio亲自为当晚精心打造特别菜单,以现代意式美味搭配多款香槟珍酿,带来耳目一新的呈现。一杯卡狮龙酒庄卡狮龙珍藏香槟迎接大家的到来,以丰富的口感和悠长的余韵为这场盛宴揭幕。

The dinner was held in GIADA Garden’s large private room. Chef Marino D’Antonio created a menu especially for the occasion, featuring modern Italian delicacies to be carefully paired with a selection of vintage champagnes. Diners were welcomed with a glass of Champagne Castelnau Brut Reserve NV.

Homemade Tagliolini , Butter

Parmigiano Reggiano & Alba White Truffle

Chef Marino came out into the dining room to serve a dish of homemade tagliatelle topped with freshly-shaved white truffles from the Alba region of Italy. Served with a glass of 2005 vintage Champagne Carbon, the dish brought a real sense of ceremony to the evening.

Black Truffle Mashed Potatoes & Natural Jus

For the main course, grilled Australian Mayura M9+ pure-blood wagyu beef tenderloin with black truffle mashed potato was paired with Drappier Grande Sendree 2010.

Tangerine Sorbet & Yoghurt Foam

To bring the meal to an end, Chef Marino served a refreshing citrus sorbet with yogurt foam paired with a pretty pink Feuillatte Brut Rose. While enjoying their meal, the guests learned more about each champagne via a presentation on private room’s LED screen.
