Every romantic festival is different, but they all share the same sweet sense of love. Another thing they share is that they are often celebrated with a special meal. In celebration of this romantic White Valentine’s Day, Opera BOMBANA has created a limited-edition set menu priced at RMB 2,088 per person(plus 10% service charge).

暖帝王蟹沙拉带来缱绻的温柔，有别于冰冷的前菜，让情侣们更感舒适；手工意式水牛芝士饺子配番茄龙虾乳，适合的酸甜，适合的鲜香，像是相爱多年的爱人，一切美好得刚刚好。手工贝壳面配帕玛森黄油汁，云南新鲜黑松露，迷人馥郁的香气，让舌尖充满眷恋，鼻腔回荡着缠绵的气息。
The menu starts with a warm king crab salad, warming the stomach like a gentle lover’s embrace and opening the appetite for the meal ahead. The starter is followed by two different expressions of homemade pasta, one stuffed with buffalo mozzarella and served with a creamy lobster sauce, and one served with fresh black truffles from Yunnan, perfect for an indulgent special occasion.

手工意式水牛芝士饺子配番茄龙虾乳
香烤春鸡端上桌面，火候控制得恰到好处，云南新鲜黑松露是山野中珍贵的馈赠，显示着主厨的诚意；香烤澳洲和牛牛里脊配慢炖时蔬作为餐厅的招牌烤制菜品登场，和牛的芬芳，肉汁的香气在口腔中氤氲开来，余味悠长。最后的终曲，新鲜淡奶油芝士卷，腌制草莓及冰霜，暗合白色情人节的主题，温馨浪漫到刚刚好。
The main courses feature a seasonal Spring chicken stuffed with black truffle, and grilled wagyu beef tenderloin, an Opera BOMBANA signature that appears at all the most important festive occasions. The menu ends on a sweet note with a fresh cream cheese roll, marinated strawberry and sorbet.
